Physical Fitness

Physical Fitness is more important in Pre-primary section. Last 2 years, we observed & come to conclusion that physical fitness & sports must be required for pre-primary as well as primary students. For this reason, we have extended our Nursery timing from 2 hrs. to 3 hrs. Special coach & well trained trainer were appointed for the physical fitness activities. Our school conduct for alternate day. Extracurricular Motor Skill Activities conducting on alternate day are.. Mass PT, Different indoor / Outdoor games &Vehicle riding. For vehicle riding. we have introduced electronic Cars, Bicycles, motor cycle etc. Children are enjoying the vehicle riding with enthusiasm. Within 2 months we got the result that the children become healthy & energetic.

Cleanliness and Hygiene forms an important part of our daily routine. We provide Clean& well sanitized wash rooms, 100%Pure distilled drinking water of Aqua guard for our children.

Advice to Parents

  1. Create same environment what we are giving in our school.
  2. Avoid T.V., Mobile or other Social Media facility where your child attract most to avoid his\ her distraction in studies.
  3. Spend time with your child by taking them for garden, children movie, Zoo etc.
  4. Parents should encourage their children. It improves their Self-confidence &capabilities.
  5. Encourage them to play indoor & outdoor games instead of playing computer games or watching T.V. serials.
  6. Parents should talk to their children about their weakness and problems.
  7. Parents should have an eye on the activities of their children.
  8. Parents should help their child to improve their general habits and skills.
